Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at CableCowboyllc@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
